the ability to express your thoughts in words}
14 November 2020 | 7:11 PM | 0Comment you can say you're sad/angry/happy but you cant quite explain why how where when you feel it. does expressing our feelings make us vulnerable? if so, why are we so scared of being vulnerable? why are we afraid that people acknowledge how we really feel, why is it so hard to validate what's really going on inside? doesnt not expressing what we feel actually mean we're lying to ourselves? not to anyone but to us. you're faking what you feel so you'll get the reaction/response you want, and that is a form of lying. why do we do that to ourselves? why do our lives have to be based off what we want and what we dont instead of whats real and whats not? as far as im concerned, i dont know nor do i care. i think its best people just care about their own feelings and leave each other alone. that way nobody gets hurt nobody has to care nobody has to express what they feel. just be together in utter silence. |
